Cladder

About The Cladder Game

Cladder is a word-guessing game for people fancying a hardcore word puzzle. However, it is not a sole puzzle like Strands NYT or Hangman. Detailedly, in this variant, players will have to solve different word puzzles with the clues given from the previous one.

You have to deal with 10 hidden English words to finish the game. Therefore, the challenges in Cladder are not suitable for beginners in the world of word games.

However, you can still try this version even when you haven't been a pro yet. By coping with the instant word puzzles of the game, your word source and reflexes will be significantly improved.

How To Play The Cladder Game

The Cladder game starts with a word given in advance, but not with a blank screen like other word games. From the given word, players have to think of more words, up to 10 words, which have only one word replaced from the last word.

For instance, if the first word is "MOON," the next word can be "MOOD." Then, keep going until you find 10 words hidden in the game.

Of course, it is nearly impossible to know which is the correct answer to the game due to numerous potentially related words. So, each hidden word will be accompanied by a description of the word positioned below the word. You should rely on the description to determine the totally precise word guess.

The number of letters contained in the hidden words will vary in separate games, but not staying fixed. Besides, the Cladder game allows players to make any guesses as they want to pick the correct word.

Even the wrong guesses won't result in any punishment or decreased points. However, players will have to deal with time pressure with a 60-second countdown clock. So, get ready for a race against the clock!

Can Players Skip Words In The Cladder Game?

Cladder offers players two times to skip a complicated word to move on to a more promising one. To opt for the skipping function, simply press the "Skip" button outlined in red. Yet, each skipping time will waste 5 seconds in the countdown clock, so wisely use your support to save time while still coming up with the correct answer.
